TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 These Terms and Conditions regulate all purchases, which include the registration, placing orders and accessing products from “Dumbanengue, Lda”, located in Rua Dr. Manuel Estudante Silva, N5,1F, 3810-617 Aveiro, Portugal and with VAT number 514 643 889, on the website www.qioske.com and are applicable to all product sales between Dumbanengue, Lda and any User that makes an order via this website.
1.2 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions is understood by:
a) – “Qioske” – The products marketed by Dumbanengue, Lda. through the website qioske.com;
b) – “User” – Any individual who places an order through the website qioske.com ;
1.3 The use of the website www.qioske.com and the purchase of products from Qioske presumes knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User.
2.1 To place an order, the User can register by filling the mandatory fields of the registration form on the website www.qioske.com
2.1.1 You can also place your order through a simple process that does not require registration. However, when you sign up on the website your data and preferences will be recorded to be easily accessed and used in future purchases.
2.2 After completing the registration, the User has access to their personal account where they can manage the account settings, favorite items and previous orders.
2.3 From the moment the User access their personal account, the User is subjected to these Terms and Conditions.
3.1 The website www.qioske.com IS directed at all users who want to purchase products Qioske from their home or workplace, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3.2 All information regarding the characteristics of the products can be found at www.qioske.com .
3.3 Dumbanengue, Lda reserves the right to modify at any time the information, the range of products, prices, promotions and the Terms and Conditions existing on the website www.qioske.com.
4.1 To place an order on the website www.qioske.com and www.qioske.pt is necessary that the User has an e-mail account, and that their browser is set to accept cookies and pop- ups, which will allow the full use of all the features available on Qioske online store.
4.1.1 The User may proceed with the online purchase of products, and to do so it’s necessary to:
a) Find the product(s) you wish to purchase;
b) Add the selected product(s) to the “Shopping Cart”;
d) Review your order and confirm it.
4.2 The User will receive an e-mail confirming the order with the details for the selected payment method. After we receive validation of the payment, the User will also receive an e-mail confirmation.
4.3 Dumbanengue, Lda will provide all the details of the purchase through the website www.qioske.com on the User’s client area.
4.4 Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator at the delivery address provided in the purchase process, as well as the corresponding detailed invoice.
4.6 Dumbanengue, Lda reserves the right to refuse and cancel orders already confirmed, in the following situations:
a) The product is not available;
b) The payment is not carried out using any of the payment methods specified on the website qioske.com;
c) The payment cannot be confirmed;
d) The billing information is not correct or verifiable;
e) The bank transfer to pay the order was not received by us in a period of 5 (five) days after acceptance of your order;
f) There is an error in the price quotation;
g) It is not possible to deliver the order at the delivery address provided by the User.
5.1 The preorder event is available for a limited period of time, defined with each designer brand. The preorder is valid after the payment and will be delivered during the indicated period defined by each designer and indicated on the correspondent designer page. This does not invalidate the following points 5.3 and 5.4.
5.2 Once the preorder is accepted by the designer, Qioske is not able to make any changes to it, including sizes, styles, quantities and others.
5.3 You may only cancel a preorder if the event is still active on the site. Please consult the preorder page of each designer for more information on durations. As soon as the event has ended, the order cannot be canceled.
5.4 Any delays, production changes, or cancellations will be communicated to the customer as soon as it is confirmed by the designer.
5.5 If you wish to cancel your order, the refund will only be issued in store credits at Qioske.
5.6 On occasion, designers have to cancel certain products after the event has ended due to production reasons. If your item(s) have been canceled, you will be notified immediately. We will issue a full refund for the amount to the original payment method chosen at checkout.
6.1 The prices of the products displayed on the website www.qioske.com include Value Added Tax (VAT). The total VAT payable by the User will be indicated on the invoice to be sent to the User.
6.2 All prices are quoted in Euros (€). Note that changing the delivery country may influence the prices due to different shipping costs. Customs costs may also be applicable in certain countries and will be paid by the User.
6.3 Prices of products displayed on the website are subject to change. Qioske reserves the right to change prices without advance notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applicable to that purchase.
6.4 In case there is an error in the price of the ordered products, Qioske or the User may, up until the order is shipped, cancel the order.
6.5 The total price specified in the checkout includes the taxes from the country of origin (Portugal) and shipping costs.
6.6 The User must only pay the amount specified in the order confirmation.
7.1 The User can purchase products using Credit Card, Paypal, Multibanco Codes (PT Only) or Bank Transfer.
7.2 Qioske will not accept any payment method other than those mentioned in the previous point. The User should not try to pay by any other means which are not included in the specified payment methods. If you do so, we cannot be held responsible for loss of payment or any other damages that may occur.
7.3 Payment via Multibanco Pin Code (ATM)
This option only covers Portuguese Bank account holders, and by choosing it you will receive a code so that you can perform payment at an ATM or using your internet banking platform. The entity responsible for processing these payments is Easypay, and only offers this service to Clients based in Portugal with PT based accounts.
7.4 Payment using Credit Card
By selecting this option you will be redirected to Easypay Secure Payment platform, where you will be asked for your Card Data and Payment validation, towards your credit card from VISA or MASTERCARD. After the payment is processed successfully Qioske will receive a confirmation that the payment has been done and your order will start being processed.
7.5 Payment via Bank Transfer
By choosing to pay via Bank Wire you will get an email with:
- your order number
- description of ordered goods and total order value to be paid
- IBAN to where your transfer should be done ( you can do it via Homebanking or if you reside in Portugal via your local Multibanco )
After your conclude sucessfull your transfer just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following data:
- Order Number
- Account Holder Name ( Please state if it differs from the one used for the order at our website )
- After transfer is validated and the value well received in our account you will receive an email informing your order is being processed and will be sent to the address provided.

7.6 Payment via Paypal
If you select to pay via Paypal, you will be directed to Paypal payment platform, where you will be able to choose from using your existing account, or if you don’t have an account you can also select payment with Credit Card, to perform payment. In both cases your payment date is secured by Paypal payment security and no data shared with us. After payment is processed successfully you will be redirected to our website, and receive a confirmation of order being processed.
8.1 Delivery charges will be supported by Qioske on all orders with a minimum value of €100, valid on deliveries within Portugal Mainland, €150 Portuguese Islands, and €250 towards the Rest of Europe, according to the promotional conditions valid at the time of purchase. *
8.2 For orders of less than €100 to Portugal Mainland,€150 to Portugal Islands or €250 to the rest of Europe, all Premium art products and Specific Furniture Items, the shipping costs may vary and will be charged according to the delivery address or type of packaging. Please add the item of your choice to your cart and use our form in order to estimate the shipping cost for your order.
8.3 At this moment, orders outside of Europe, will have an associated shipping cost, and may require the payment of customs costs, according to the delivery country. Please add the item of your choice to your cart and use our form in order to estimate the shipping cost for your order.
* Premium art products and Specific Furniture Items are excluded from this offer as special packaging and delivery methods might be needed due to sensitive materials, and for those cases the cost of shipping will be showed accordingly during your checkout.
9.1 Qioske shall send the product(s) ordered by the User, from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm, except on holidays, and according to the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address provided by the User.
9.2 Our delivery service does not include scheduling options, so the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact from the carrier, thus being necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the order.
9.3 Delivery times may vary depending on the brand that the User wishes to buy. If you buy items from different designers/brands, the delivery time will be calculated according to the designer/brand with the lengthiest delivery time. The responsiveness of Qioske within these deadlines is, however, dependent on the availability of stock and cannot be guaranteed in periods of promotions, sales and during Christmas season.
9.4 Qioske will inform the user of the availability of the product(s) ordered and shall refund the amount paid, within 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the item’s unavailability.
9.5 In case of unavailability of the carrier to make the delivery of the purchased products on the specified date, the User will be contacted to be given another delivery date.
9.6 At the time of delivery, the User must inspect the package in order to check for possible damage. If the User finds that the products are damaged, you should not accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User should report the situation, if possible documented with photos, to the e-mail email@example.com and if the User agrees, Qioske will proceed to resend the order at no cost to the User. If the User wishes to cancel the order, the full amount paid for the order will be reimbursed.
9.7 If you do not receive your order within a maximum of 20 (twenty) working days from the order payment date, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us of what happened. After this time has elapsed, Qioske cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.
9.8 Qioske considers the delivery done with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed delivery address.
9.9 Qioske has a contract with CTT and MRW for Transportation of Products, and they are used according to volumes and destination of each order.
10.1 Cancelling your order before shipping:
a) The User can cancel the order at no cost, provided it has not yet been shipped, and we will proceed with reimburse optionally via the same method used by the User at the time of purchase, within 14 days.
b) If the User places an order and wants to cancel it, they should contact immediately our Customer Service and ask for the cancellation via the e-mail email@example.com. This procedure is essential to trigger the cancellation process. If the cancellation request is communicated in a timely manner, the User will be notified and cancellation will be processed at no cost to the User.
c) If the request for cancellation is not done before the products are sent, they will be shipped to the User. If the User maintains the intention to cancel the order, the User should refuse to receive it. The products will be returned and, after being received by Qioske, the refund will be processed, and the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount the User will receive.
a) We’re happy to accept returns if your order does not meet your expectations, has defects or other non-compliances.
b) If you need to send your item or items back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return them. We will collect the items from your home, work or an alternative address for free.
c) Please ensure your items are returned new, unused and with all Qioske tags and designer products boxes and tags still attached and in proper conditions. Qioske reserves the right to refuse the return of products with visible signs of use, which have been damaged or transformed in any way.
d) At this moment, we do not accept exchanges outside Europe. If you wish to return your order from outside Europe, please contact our Customer Service Support at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive all the details for the return.
11.1 Returning products:
1) The User may return the product(s) ordered fourteen (14) days after receiving them, provided that:
a) The product(s) have not been used;
b) The product(s) maintain their original features and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying the orders must be returned to Qioske.
2) Please contact our customer care team to email@example.com in order to indicate the item(s) your wish to exchange or return. Include your order number.
3) We will arrange a pick-up with the same delivery service that the order was sent with. Place the item(s) with all original packaging inside the box and wait for the courier during the indicated time schedule.
4) Once the returned items is received, Qioske will review and confirm its condition and, when applicable, will refund you within ten (10) days the amount paid by the User, preferably via the same mean used by the User at the time of purchase. We’ll send you an email at every step to keep you updated about the return status.
5) If the returned products are damaged or worn, Qioske reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund the User.
6) The User should note that if the return has been made for reasons other than the existence of justified defects or non-conformity of the products ordered, Qioske will not make the reimbursement of the shipping costs. Therefore, Qioske will not reimburse the cost of delivery initially supported by the customer for the respective order.

Qioske does not sell second-hand products, faulty or of lower quality than the market standards. The main characteristics of each product are shown on the website www.qioske.com in each product page.
Qioske will make every effort so that the colours of the products that appear on the website www.qioske.com are the most accurate and as real as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is showing the exact colours.
Qioske products benefit from the warranty in accordance with the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.
Qioske does not guarantee the website www.qioske.com will run uninterruptedly, or any of its features, as it may be suspended for carrying out maintenance work, repairs or upgrades.
Qioske will also not assume any liability for any damages arising directly or indirectly from force majeure situations that prevent Qioske, is in any way, to meet its obligations, in particular, strikes, electric network failures, telecommunications services or any other services faults, fires, floods, inability to obtain products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays of suppliers or carriers and changes in laws or administrative regulations.
Qioske is not responsible for any misuse of the User’s access data to the website by third parties, as they are non-transferable.
Qioske reserves the right to change, at any time, these Terms and Conditions, considering the changes made and users notified by publication on the website www.qioske.com of the modified Terms and Conditions.
The electronic records, kept by Qioske in security conditions, are considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between Qioske and the User.
The present Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising that are related to the it, including its validity, the use of the website or any purchase made on it, shall be governed by Portuguese law.

The promotions on the site are valid only for the time they are displayed on the site, unless otherwise communicated on the site. Dumbanengue, Lda respects the offers established with and by the brands / designers and is not bound to any offer in case of errors or mistakes of spelling, prices or other information. Dumbanengue, Lda reserves the right to cancel any purchase and sale made under such errors.
